Abstract

Abstract: Good Public service nowadays is a must for government institution to create satisfaction among the citizen. This study aims to determine the influence of work culture and public perception on public services quality of Banjar Regency Aluh Aluh District Religious Affairs Office. This research is quantitative. The numbers of population were 787 people and samples were 89 people. The research results showed that work culture and public perception had positive effect on public services quality of Banjar Regency Aluh Aluh District Religious Affairs Office.

Abstrak: Pelayanan publik yang berkualitas saat ini mutlak dimiliki oleh setiap institusi pemerintahan untuk menciptakan kepuasan masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya kerja dan persepsi masyarakat terhadap kualitas pelayanan publik di Kantor Urusan Agama Kecamatan Aluh Aluh Kabupaten Banjar. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuanti-tatif. Populasi berjumlah 787 orang dan sampel berjumlah 89 orang. Hasil peneli-tian menunjukkan budaya kerja dan persepsi masyarakat berpengaruh terhadap kualitas pelayanan publik di Kantor Urusan Agama Kecamatan Aluh Aluh Kabu-paten Banjar.
