Abstract

Abstract: Abstract: The main objective in this study is to examine and analyze (1) How much organizational culture has an influence on the performance of Banjarmasin Post Group (B.Post) employees (2) How much the work environment has an influence on the performance of Banjarmasin Post Group (B.Post) employees (2) How much organizational culture and work environment together have an influence on the performance of Banjarmasin Post Group (B.Post) employees. This research was conducted with quantitative methods and used analytical methods with SPSS Windows For Data as a data analysis tool. Based on the results of the study, it was found that in multiple linear regression analysis, it was found that the two variables were organizational culture variables, the work environment significantly affected the performance of Banjarmasin Post employees. From the results of the analysis will result in the conclusion that the variable organizational culture, work environment affects the performance of employees in carrying out their daily work

Abstrak: Tujuan utama dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji dan menganalisis (1) Seberapa besar budaya organisasi mempunyai pengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan Banjarmasin Post Group (B.Post) (2) Seberapa besar lingkungan kerja mempunyai pengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan Banjarmasin Post Group (B.Post) (2) Seberapa besar budaya organisasi dan lingkungan kerja secara bersama mempunyai pengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan Banjarmasin Post Group (B.Post). Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode kuantitatif serta menggunakan metode analisis dengan SPSS Windows For Data sebagai sebuah alat analisis data. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa dalam analisis regresi linier berganda didapatkan bahwa kedua variabel yaitu variabel budaya organisasi, lingkungan kerja berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan Banjarmasin Post. Dari hasil analisis tersebut akan menghasilkan kesimpulan bahwa variabel budaya organisasi, lingkungan kerja mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan dalam melaksanakan pekerjaannya sehari – hari.
