          <jats:p>Abstract: The aim of this study is to determine the effects of leadership, work mo-tivation, and discipline on the employee performance of Banjarmasin Religious Training Center. This research is descriptive-evaluative, that is, to describe phe-nomena naturally. The method of data analysis is using statistic of multiple linear regression. The numbers of samples are 70 employees. The result of this study shows that (1) motivation has partial effect towards the employee performance; (2) leadership, work motivation, and discipline have simultaneous effect towards the employee performance; (3) motivation is the dominant variable towards the employee performance on Banjarmasin Religious Training Center. Keywords: leadership, motivation, discipline, performance Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk untuk mengetahui apakah faktor kepemim-pinan, motivasi, dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pega-wai pada Balai Diklat Keagamaan Banjarmasin. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif verifikatif yaitu memberikan gambaran yang teratur tentang peristiwa, sedangkan metode analisis verifikatif untuk menguji hipotesis menggunakan model persama-an regresi linier berganda. Sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 70 orang pegawai. Ha-sil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) secara parsial motivasi berpengaruh signifi-kan terhadap kinerja pegawai; (2) secara simultan kepemimpinan, motivasi kerja dan disiplin berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai; dan (3) variabel motivasi merupakan variabel yang dominan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pega-wai pada Balai Diklat Keagamaan Banjarmasin. Kata kunci: kepemimpinan, motivasi, disiplin, kinerja </jats:p>
