Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to identify the influence of good governance principles
applications and organizational culture on employees’ work effectiveness on Banjar
Regency Religious Affairs Ministry. The research method was quantitative.
The numbers of samples were 57 people. The data analysis technique was multiple
linear regressions. The results of this study showed that good governance principles
applications and organizational culture have influences on employees’ work
effectiveness.

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan prinsipprinsip good governance dan budaya organisasi terhadap efektivitas kerja pegawai Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Banjar. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif. Sampel berjumlah 57 orang. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel penerapan prinsip-prinsip good governance dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh terhadap efektivitas kerja pegawai.
