KINDAI : Kumpulan Informasi dan Artikel Ilmiah Manajemen dan Akuntansi is a triannual scientific journal published in April, August, and December by Lembaga Penelitian dan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat of Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Pancasetia, Jl. KINDAI publishes original research articles and non-research-based scholarly articles focusing on management, accounting, and economics, particularly those addressing relevant social and business issues. The journal welcomes contributions in, but not limited to, the following fields:

• Management: Human resource management, marketing management, strategic management, operations management, and financial management.
• Accounting: Accounting, auditing, taxation, corporate governance, corporate finance, and financial institutions.
• Economics and Related Fields: Economics, micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs), cooperatives and credit unions, entrepreneurship, digital business, business information systems, business ethics, sustainability, and Islamic economics.

KINDAI is an open-access journal that welcomes manuscript submissions from researchers, academics, practitioners, and other contributors. All submissions must be original, unpublished, and not under consideration for publication in any other journal. Manuscripts are subject to the journal's editorial policies and peer-review process.

KINDAI was accredited at SINTA 5 by the Directorate General of Higher Education, Research, and Technology, Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology of the Republic of Indonesia, under Decree No. 72/E/KPT/2024. This accreditation covered the publication period from Volume 17, Issue 1 (April 2021) through Volume 21, Issue 3 (December 2025).
