Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of teacher competen-cy, tutoring and student motivation on student achievement of Panyipatan State Senior High School 1, XI Social Science A Class, Tanah Laut Regency. This study was designed as an explanatory research. The research model is multiple linear re-gression model. The number of samples are 60 respondents. The research results showed that teacher competency, tutoring and student motivation had significant effect on student achievement.

Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi gu-ru, bimbingan belajar siswa dan motivasi siswa terhadap prestasi siswa pada SMAN 1 Panyipatan Kelas XI IPS A Kabupaten Tanah Laut. Penelitian ini dirancang sebagai penelitian eksplanatori. Model yang digunakan adalah model regresi linier berganda. Sampel sebanyak 60 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi guru, bimbingan belajar dan motivasi siswa berpengaruh signifikan terhadap prestasi siswa.
