Abstract
Abstract: This study conducted to determine the financial condition of cigarette industry companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange before enactmented of the minister of finance Indonesia republic regulation Number: 115/PMK.07/2013 period 2011-2013 and after the stipulation of the minister finance regulation is for the period 2014-2016 using the Springate S-Score method. In general there are 3 cigarette industry companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange both before and after of minister finance Indonesia republic regulation Number: 115/PMK.07/2013 did not experience financial distress condition that is PT. Gudang Garam Tbk, PT. Hanjaya Mandala Sampoerna Tbk, and PT. Wismilak Inti Makmur Tbk. As for PT. Bentoel Internasional Tbk is identified as having financial distress condition in 2012-2016 as the company continues to experience loss in that year.

Abstrak: Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui kondisi kesehatan keuangan perusahaan industri rokok yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia sebelum ditetapkannya Peraturan Menteri Keuangan RI Nomor: 115/PMK.07/2013 yaitu periode 2011-2013 serta setelah ditetapkannya Peraturan Menteri Keuangan tersebut yaitu untuk periode 2014-2016 dengan menggunakan metode Springate S-Score. Secara umum ada 3 perusahaan industri rokok yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia baik sebelum dan setelah Peraturan Menteri Keuangan RI Nomor: 115/PMK.07/2013 tidak mengalami kondisi financial distress yaitu PT. Gudang Garam Tbk, PT. Hanjaya Mandala Sampoerna Tbk, dan PT. Wismilak Inti Makmur Tbk. Adapun untuk PT. Bentoel Internasional Tbk diidentifikasi mengalami kondisi financial distress ditahun 2012-2016 dikarenakan perusahaan terus mengalami kerugian pada tahun tersebut.
