Abstract
Abstract: The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of responsiveness, health proof and operational benevolence towards patient satisfaction in the VIP room BLUD of RSUD dr. Soemarno Sosroatmodjo Kuala Kapuas. This study used a cau-sal research model to test the research hypothesis that has been formulated so as to explain the relation between variables and simultaneously create an implication that can be used for forecasting or prediction related to the research problems analyzed, with cross sectional approach. The population is the entire patients in VIP room of BLUD RSUD dr. Soemarno Sosroatmodjo Kuala Kapuas. The sample size is 60 people. The results prove that responsiveness, physical evidence, and operational benevolence influence on patient satisfaction.

Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh daya tanggap, bukti fi-sik dan operational benevolence terhadap kepuasan pasien di ruang VIP BLUD RSUD dr. Soemarno Sosroatmodjo Kuala Kapuas. Penelitian ini menggunakan mo-del penelitian kausal untuk menguji hipotesis penelitian yang telah dirumuskan se-hingga dapat menjelaskan hubungan antar variabel dan sekaligus membuat suatu implikasi yang dapat digunakan untuk peramalan atau prediksi berkaitan dengan permasalahan penelitian yang dianalisis. dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Popu-lasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh pasien rawat inap di ruang VIP BLUD RSUD dr. Soemarno Sosroatmodjo Kuala Kapuas dengan jumlah sampel 60 orang. Hasil pe-nelitian membuktikan bahwa daya tanggap, bukti fisik, dan operational benevo-lence berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pasien.
