Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of communicati-on, work motivation, work discipline and infrastructure facilities on the emplo-yees performance of Regional Disaster Management Agency on Tapin Regency South Kalimantan Province. This research is an explanatory research that explains an influence between variables through hypothesis testing. The samples of this study are 35 respondents. The research instrument used questionnaire. Analysis technique is multiple regression analysis. The result of the research shows that there is a significant and positive influence of communication, work motivation, work discipline and infrastructure facilities on the employees performance of Re-gional Disaster Management Agency on Tapin Regency South Kalimantan Pro-vince.

Abstrak :Tujuan penelitian untuk menganalisis pengaruh komunikasi, motivasi kerja, disiplin kerja dan sarana prasarana terhadap kinerja pegawai Badan Penang-gulangan Bencana Daerah Kabupaten Tapin Kalimantan Selatan. Penelitian ini menjelaskan (explanatory research) yakni menjelaskan suatu pengaruh antara va-riabel-variabel melalui pengujian hipotesis. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 35 responden. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik analisa menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pe-ngaruh signifikan dan positif komunikasi, motivasi kerja, disiplin kerja dan sarana prasarana terhadap kinerja pegawai Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah Ka-bupaten Tapin Kalimantan Selatan.
