Abstract: Abstract: The success of the students in learning is influenced by several factors, one of which is the method used by the lecturer in teaching. From this case, the problem arises that is how Motivation, Learning Methods and Environmental conditions will affect the Achievement of Accounting Learning at the students of Semester VI STIE Pancasetia Banjarmasin Site Banjarbaru. The population in this study is all students of semester VI Accounting Department as many as 170 students who are divided into 4 classes. The sample was determined by random sampling technique so that only 100 students were sampled. The results of this study indicate that all independent variables have significant positive regression coefficients. This means that the variables Motivation (X1) Learning Method (X2), and Environment (X3) have a direct relationship or directly proportional to the dependent variable or Accounting Learning Achievement. Motivation (X1) is the most dominant variable influence on Accounting Learning Achievement

Abstrak: Keberhasilan para mahasiswa dalam belajar dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor, salah satunya adalah metode yang digunakan dosen dalam mengajar. Dari hal ini, muncul permasalahan yaitu bagaimanakah Motivasi, Metode Pembelajaran dan keadaan Lingkungan akan berpengaruh terhadap Prestasi Belajar Akuntansi pada mahasiswa Semester VI STIE Pancasetia Banjarmasin Kampus Banjarbaru. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh mahasiswa semester VI Jurusan Akuntansi sebanyak 170 masiswa yang terbagi dalam 4 kelas. Sampel ditentukan dengan teknik random sampling sehingga hanya 100 mahasiswa yang dijadikan sampel penelitian. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa semua variabel bebas memiliki koefisien regresi yang positif signifikan. Hal ini berarti variabel Motivasi (X1) Metode Pembelajaran (X2), dan Lingkungan (X3) mempunyai hubungan yang searah atau berbanding lurus dengan variabel terikatnya atau Prestasi Belajar Akuntansi. Motivasi (X1) adalah variabel yang paling dominan pengaruhnya terhadap Prestasi Belajar Akuntansi
