Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Work-to-Family Conflict dan stres kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi pada karyawan PT Pelindo Regional 3 Kalimantan. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain survei. Populasi penelitian berjumlah 47 pegawai dan seluruh populasi dijadikan sampel menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linear berganda yang didukung oleh uji validitas, reliabilitas, asumsi klasik, uji F, uji t, uji dominan, dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model regresi layak digunakan dan mampu menjelaskan 86,7% variasi komitmen organisasi (Adjusted R² = 0,867). Secara simultan, Work-to-Family Conflict dan stres kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi (F = 150,961; p < 0,001). Secara parsial, Work-to-Family Conflict berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi (β = -0,305; p = 0,003), demikian pula stres kerja yang berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan (β = -0,666; p < 0,001). Di antara kedua variabel tersebut, stres kerja merupakan faktor yang memberikan pengaruh paling dominan terhadap komitmen organisasi. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa upaya organisasi dalam mengendalikan stres kerja dan meminimalkan konflik antara pekerjaan dan keluarga merupakan strategi penting untuk mempertahankan komitmen organisasi karyawan.
