Abstrak

Arif Musrifin, Npm. 1811.32202.4710, The Influence Of Education And Tranning, Integrity, And Working Discipline On Employee Performance, In Public Working Services And Spatial Planning In  Balangan District, Under The Guidelines, Lanny Purnama Kosasi Dan Yudi Rahman, 2020. The objectives of the authors in this study are to find out and analyze the effect of work training on employee performance, to know and analyze the effect of integrity on employee performance, to know and analyze the effect of work discipline on employee performance, to find out and analyze the influence of training, integrity and work discipline have a significant simultaneous effect on employee performance and to know and analyze among variables of training, integrity and work discipline which have a dominant influence on employee performance in the Office of Public Works and Spatial Planning of Balangan Regency. The population and sample of this study are 47 employees of the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of Balangan Regency while for quantitative data processing techniques using SPSS applications with multiple regression analysis. The results of the research on the first hypothesis testing known work training variables significantly influence employee performance, the results of the second hypothesis testing integrity variables significantly influence employee performance, the results of the third hypothesis testing work discipline variables significantly influence employee performance, the results of testing the fourth hypothesis of integrity and discipline training work simultaneously significant effect on employee performance and the results of testing the fifth hypothesis is known integrity variable has a dominant effect on employee performance at the Office of Public Works and Spatial Planning Balangan Regency.
