We adhere to a strict code of publication ethics to ensure the credibility, transparency, and quality of our content. The following outlines our expectations and guidelines for authors, reviewers, and editors:
For Authors
- Originality and Plagiarism: Authors are required to submit original work. Plagiarism, including self-plagiarism, is strictly prohibited. All sources and references used must be properly cited.
- Authorship: Only those who have made a substantial contribution to the research should be listed as authors. All authors must approve the final version of the manuscript and agree to its submission.
- Conflict of Interest: Authors must disclose any potential conflicts of interest that could affect the results or interpretation of the manuscript.
- Data Accuracy: Authors are responsible for the accuracy and integrity of the data presented in their manuscript. Any errors discovered during the review process should be promptly corrected.
- Duplicate Submission: Submitting the same manuscript to multiple journals simultaneously is not allowed. Authors should not submit manuscripts that are under review or have been previously published elsewhere.
For Reviewers
- Confidentiality: Reviewers must treat all manuscripts as confidential documents. Information or ideas obtained through the peer review process must not be used for personal gain.
- Objectivity and Fairness: Reviews should be conducted objectively and without bias. Reviewers should provide constructive feedback based on the merits of the manuscript.
- Conflict of Interest: Reviewers should disclose any conflicts of interest that may bias their review. If a conflict arises, they should recuse themselves from the review process.
- Timeliness: Reviewers should complete their reviews in a timely manner, adhering to deadlines to ensure a smooth review process.
For Editors
- Editorial Independence: Editors should make decisions on manuscript acceptance based solely on the academic merit of the manuscript, without being influenced by external interests.
- Confidentiality: Editors must keep the identities of reviewers confidential and ensure that authors' personal details and submission materials are not shared without consent.
- Conflict of Interest: Editors must disclose any potential conflicts of interest with the authors or the manuscript being considered.
- Publication Decisions: Editors are responsible for the final decision to accept or reject a manuscript, based on the reviews and the journal’s editorial standards.
- Ethical Oversight: Editors should ensure that ethical standards are maintained throughout the publication process and take appropriate action in cases of misconduct or violations of publication ethics.
